Regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys Introduced

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, DealTrak have introduced regular short customer satisfaction surveys.

These surveys are triggered after the conclusion of any dealing with our Customer Services teams and arrive by email shortly after any contact with DealTrak.

As well as giving our clients the chance to quickly rate their interaction with us there is also the opportunity to leave longer form comments to give us detailed feedback on how we dealt with the issue.

We will be using the results of these surveys to analyse and improve our performance, in order to give our customers the best possible experience as they use DealTrak to simplify, connect and enhance their F&I world.
