Important platform update

Everyone at Dealtrak hopes all our customers and friends are keeping safe and healthy.

Despite the current pandemic, DealTrak has continued to invest in and improve our technology so that we are ready to support our clients in the future and, when the time comes, enable them to get back to business.

Over the past decade, dealerships, brokers and lenders have become familiar with DealTrak, the leading edge F&I platform and its ability to power a compliant and efficient sales journey. To date, the platform has served us well in its current state, but as the business matures and new technologies become available, the platform must evolve and allow for future enhancements to be introduced quickly and efficiently.

One platform to manage your entire F&I process, that’s our goal. That means everything from managing and understanding your customers, access to the leading finance providers, enhanced data insight, and to deliver the best in breed AutoProtect Insurance and Warranty products. The new platform signals the next step on that journey.

And why? Ultimately, we want to make your life easier, help enhance your sales and profit, mitigate FCA risk and enable you to provide your own customers with a streamlined, class leading experience when purchasing a vehicle.

What you’ll notice

In the coming months we’ll gradually be introducing elements of the new platform. To begin with, you’ll notice a fresh look and a much easier and efficient process to enter finance proposals. The new platform will continue to evolve and with the addition of enhanced functionality and tools ensure it becomes the only F&I platform you’ll need.
