As Client Services Manager, Natalie and her team are the main point of contact for all clients, ensuring that each client receives the best possible level of service and support.

Natalie has a distinction in public services and has spent the past 10 years managing various teams, mainly in the sales area. Natalie also spent 3 years as a Business Development Manager, opening retail stores across the UK.

A lady of many talents, she managed her own pub at the age of 24 and has worked abroad in Malta as a children’s entertainer. Natalie is due to have her first child in May and lives in Wakefield.
