Account Manager


We are looking for an exceptional communicator with a natural flair and passion for satisfying clients whilst identifying opportunities to grow relationships. You will be comfortable and confident making outbound B2B calls, speaking with business owners.

Main duties:

Operate as a point of contact for existing customers
Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients
Identify opportunities to grow the business and increase revenue
Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
Keep records of Client interactions through a CRM system
Communicate client needs to the business
Managing a portfolio of clients
Work towards set targets for retaining current clients

You will be able to demonstrate:

Account Management experience
Client Focused solutions experience
Good spoken and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a target driven environment
A positive attitude
Ability to anticipate client’s needs and match them with appropriate solutions
Attention to detail and a logical mind
Self-motivated with a result driven approach
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving experience
